The agreement

By joining the waitlist or using Sable you agree to these terms. If you are accepting them on behalf of a studio or company, you confirm you are allowed to do so.

Early access

Joining the waitlist is free and creates no obligation on either side. We invite studios in small groups, so we cannot promise a specific date for your invitation.

During early access the product changes quickly and occasional downtime is possible. We will always warn you before anything that could affect your data.

Your content

Everything you put into Sable — clients, projects, files, invoices — stays yours. You grant us only the permission needed to host, back up and display it to the people you choose to share it with.

You are responsible for having the right to store the content you upload, and for keeping your account credentials safe.

Acceptable use

Do not use Sable to break the law, to send unsolicited bulk email, to store malicious code, or to attempt to reach another studio's workspace. We may suspend accounts that do.

Payment and cancellation

Paid plans are billed per seat, monthly or yearly, in advance. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. There are no cancellation fees.

Prices shown on the landing page are in euros and exclude VAT, which is applied according to your country.

Availability and support

We aim for 99.9% monthly availability outside announced maintenance windows. Support is by email on every plan; the Studio and Atelier plans add priority response times.

Liability

Sable is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability for fraud, or for anything else that cannot legally be limited.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms materially we will email you at least 30 days before the change takes effect. Continuing to use Sable after that date means you accept the new version.
