Privacy policy

What we collect

When you request early access we store the email address you give us, the section of the site you signed up from, and — if you chose one — the plan you were interested in. That is all. We do not ask for a password, a phone number or a card to join the waitlist.

If you later become a customer, we additionally store the account and studio data you enter into the product: clients, projects, time entries, documents and invoices.

Why we collect it

To send you your invitation, to set up your workspace, and to understand which parts of the site convince studios to sign up. We do not sell, rent or trade your data, and we do not build advertising profiles.

Who can see it

Only the people at Sable who need it to do their job, plus the infrastructure providers that host the service on our behalf under data-processing agreements. We never share your studio's client data with anyone else.

How long we keep it

Waitlist entries are kept until you ask us to remove them, or until the waitlist closes. Customer data is kept while your account is active and for 30 days afterwards, so an accidental cancellation can be undone.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time for a copy of everything we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to hello@sable.studio and we will action it within 30 days.

If you are in the EU or the UK, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

Cookies and tracking

The landing page sets no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. The product uses a single session cookie to keep you signed in.

Changes to this policy

If we change anything material we will email everyone on the waitlist and every customer before the change takes effect, and update the date at the top of this page.
